Our signature 8-Week Challenge is one of Sydney's most popular transformation programs. It includes an in-person consultation, a fully customised training program, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and access to the full King Beats facility. Located at 2J Wentworth Park Road, Glebe NSW 2037, easily accessible from Glebe, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Annandale, Forest Lodge, Newtown, and Sydney CBD.
We take you through a consultation to figure out your starting point and goals so we can pair you with the coach best suited to you and your availability. You can work with multiple coaches until you find your perfect match.
All sessions are 45 minutes, the optimal duration for a focused, high-intensity workout, including a warm-up, main block tailored to your goals, and a cool-down. Extended bookings can be arranged for specific programs.

Most clients see their trainer 2–3 times per week for the best results. Beginners often start with 2 sessions to build a foundation. Even once a week makes a difference when combined with a program your trainer designs for you.
We offer single sessions, multi-session packs, and the 8-Week Challenge. Pricing depends on the trainer and package. Your free initial consultation assesses your goals and matches you with the right trainer, no obligation.
PT clients get full gym access during their sessions. For best results we recommend a membership so you can train independently between sessions. King Beats is 24/7, with group classes and discounted Revive recovery included.
